SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Most orders for PortaPilot systems will ship in 1-2 weeks, and accessories in 1-5 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Domestic Orders
Most orders over $75 ship free within the US (including APO/FPO addresses) via UPS or USPS Mail.

International Orders
Shipping costs for all international orders will be calculated using weight-based rates. Multiple service levels are available, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart.

Lost Shipments
If your order has not been received within standard shipping times (please allow extra-time for shipping delays that can occur), please contact us immediately via e-mail (team@portapilot.com). Before a claim can be filed for a lost shipment or missing package, we must allow the  carrier the full time allotted for delivery Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for us to contact the shipping carrier regarding the missing package or full shipment. Please contact us before issuing a PayPal claim against the order, as this will cause further delays to process.

Return & Exchange Policy

All products are backed by a thirty (30) day, full-refund guarantee (shipping charges not included) upon receipt. Returned merchandise must be returned in original delivered state (no surface scratches, blemishes, or product modifications, with all original packaging) for quality-inspection and subsequent issue of refund. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or design of the product, please e-mail us your request (team@portapilot.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be issued for your request and must be placed on the return shipment for proper processing.

When packing your order for return, please be sure to properly protect all original packing material, individual components, and manuals as included. Charges may apply if parts are missing or damaged, or damage to product original delivery state occurs during return shipping beyond the responsibility of the shipping courier.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and PortaPilot will not issue refunds for such.
